Raw kohlrabi dish
400 g kohlrabi
1 bunch of radishes
1 tsp strong mustard
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp cider vinegar
4 tbsp Dr. Metz Pumpkin Seed Oil
20 g pumpkin seeds
Peel the kohlrabi, cut into four pieces and slice very thinly. Finely chop any tender leaves as well. Wash the radishes, peel and slice thinly. Arrange the vegetables on four plates.
Stir the mustard, honey, cider vinegar, pumpkin seed oil and salt together to make a dressing. Drizzle over the raw vegetables and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
